Refund, Return & Exchange Policy


Effective Date: 24th Feb 2026
This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through BullRage
(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with BullRage, you (“Customer”, “you”, or
“your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy Statement
  All sales made on BullRage are considered final unless they fall under the specific             conditions outlined in this Policy.
  BullRage reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any return, exchange, refund, or
  cancellation request at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. No Refund After Delivery (Non-Defective Products)
 Refunds shall not be issued once a product has been delivered, except under the  following circumstances:
   • The product is proven to be damaged at the time of delivery
   • The product is defective
   • An incorrect product was delivered
 Refunds will not be granted for:
   • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
   • Change of mind
   • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
   • Minor colour variations due to screen/display differences
   • Claims raised beyond the specified reporting timelines
3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
   Return or exchange requests must be raised within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of
   delivery.
   To qualify, the product must:
   • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
   • Be returned in its original packaging
   • Have all original tags, labels, and invoices intact
   • Not show signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or tampering
  BullRage reserves the right to reject returned items that fail quality inspection.
4. Size Exchange Policy (Replacement Only)
  Replacement is permitted strictly for size exchange only, subject to stock availability.
   Conditions for size exchange:
    1. The request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
    2. The item must meet all eligibility requirements under Section 3.
    3. The Customer shall courier the product to the designated return address at their  own cost and risk. 

    4. BullRage shall not be responsible for:
      o Loss or damage during return transit
      o Delays caused by courier services arranged by the Customer
   The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item passes                 inspection.
   If the requested size is unavailable, BullRage may, at its sole discretion:
    • Offer store credit, or
    • Decline the exchange request
    No monetary refund shall be provided in such cases unless the product qualifies  under Section
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
   The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
     • Innerwear
     • Swimwear
     • Accessories
     • Discounted or clearance items (if marked final sale)
     • Personalized or customized products (unless defective)
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by
     emailing info@bullrage.in with:
     • Order number
     • Clear unboxing video (mandatory, if applicable)
     • Photographic evidence of the issue
    Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
    After verification, BullRage may:
    • Provide a replacement (preferred remedy), or
    • Issue a refund to the original payment method
    Refund processing timelines depend on banking and payment gateway procedures. BullRage is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
    For all approved exchanges (including size exchanges), the Customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
    BullRage does not provide reverse pickup unless explicitly approved in writing.
    Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
   Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been
    processed or shipped.
    Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
    For prepaid cancellations approved within the permitted window, refunds will be              processed to  the original payment method.
9. Inspection & Fraud Prevention
   BullRage reserves the right to:
    • Conduct quality inspection before approving any exchange or refund
    • Reject claims suspected of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent intent
    • Blacklist customers engaging in repeated or suspicious return behaviour
   Legal action may be initiated in cases of fraudulent claims.
10. Limitation of Liability
   BullRage’s liability shall be limited strictly to the purchase value of the product in question.
   Under no circumstances shall BullRage be liable for indirect, incidental, or                         consequential damages.
11. Policy Modifications
   BullRage reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without  prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall prevail.
