At BullRage, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we’re here to assist you throughout the process. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options. 

Returns and Exchanges 

1.1 Eligibility 

We accept returns and exchanges within 1 month from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. 

Please note that certain products, such as innerwear, swimwear, and accessories, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged. 

1.2 Initiating a Return or Exchange 

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps: 

Log in to your BullRage account. 

Go to the ‘My Orders’ section and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. 

Choose the specific item(s) and the reason for return or exchange. 

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions. 1.3 Return Pickup and Shipping 

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item(s) from the shipping address provided during the order placement. Please ensure that the items are properly packed for safe transportation. 

In case a pickup service is not available at your location, we may request you to self-ship the item(s) to our designated return address. In such cases, we will reimburse your shipping costs as per our policy.

1.4 Refund and Store Credit 

For eligible returns, we offer two options: refund or store credit. 

Refund: If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment gateway and bank processes. 

Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, which will be added to your BullRage account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in our physical stores and is valid for 30 days. 

1.5 Exchange 

If you wish to exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or variant, please mention the preferred option in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability. In case the requested item is not available, we will provide you with a refund or store credit as per your preference. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

We take utmost care to ensure that all our products are of high quality and free from defects. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request you to share images or videos of the product to assess the issue. 

Based on the assessment, we will either provide you with a replacement or initiate a refund or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We usually process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
